Hello Zen Queen!

I am Tracy Aryee, founder of Her Zen Studio— Born and raised in Ghana, West Africa. As a wife, mother and healthcare enthusiast with a BS minor in Psychology and master’s in healthcare management, I’ve always believed in the power of holistic health. From my early days of playing soccer, basketball, running track and being a “gym rat” to rediscovering Pilates after having my baby, fitness became my anchor.

But it was more than just workouts—I craved a space that nurtured mental well-being too. Her Zen was born out of that need: a women-only studio where we honor the mind-body connection. My journey taught me that women’s health is multi-dimensional, and at Her Zen, we create a safe, empowering space for every woman to find her strength, balance, and inner peace.

At Her Zen Studio, we believe in the transformative power of movement, mindfulness, and community. Our mission is to create a welcoming, empowering space where women can nurture their physical and mental well-being. By offering personalized Pilates and yoga experiences, we foster strength, flexibility, and inner peace.

At Her Zen Studio, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming and empowering environment exclusively for cisgender women. Our women-only policy is designed to respect and support the diverse beliefs of all our members, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported in their wellness journey.

As a women-only studio, we understand the unique challenges and experiences women face, whether it’s postnatal recovery, prenatal wellness, weight loss, major health recovery, menopause, building core strength, or simply seeking inner peace and stability. Our studio provides a safe, nurturing environment where women can connect, support each other, and thrive together.

Together, we embark on a Zen journey, building a strong mind-body connection and achieving holistic well-being.

Meet THE TEAM

traCY

Tracy - the Founder of Her Zen Studio, is a Pilates and HIIT instructor who is very passionate about physical health and mental wellbeing. Tracy rediscovered the power of movement and Pilates during her postpartum journey. These practices helped her rebuild core strength, regain confidence, and support her overall wellbeing—As a result, she is passionate about helping other women gain strength, find their powerhouse and feel their best, zen self.

aneisha

Driven by a genuine passion for wellness and people, Aneisha’s journey into wellness grew from years of practicing yoga as a way to stay active, centered, and connected. After becoming a mother, her appreciation for mindful movement deepened as she experienced firsthand the powerful impact Pilates and yoga can have on physical recovery, mental well-being, and self-confidence.

As the Operations Coordinator, Aneisha is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every client and loves helping others feel seen, encouraged, and empowered throughout their wellness journey.

JEN

Jen has been teaching yoga since 1998. Jen has trained in Iyengar, Kripalu and Anusara Yoga as well as Yoga for children, prenatal yoga and family Yoga. Jen delights in sharing the practices that make life easier and more enjoyable. Therapeutic practices with a focus on optimal biomechanics are Jen’s specialty.

RAELYN

Raelyn discovered yoga while healing from a competitive sports injury and fell in love with how it supported both her body and mindset. Raelyn teaches both Yoga and pilates, and loves sharing her passion with the world. Raelyn is passionate about creating calm, welcoming classes that build strength, stability, and mobility, and she loves helping others experience the same healing and growth that inspired her.

KAYLA

Passionate about wellness, movement, and mindful living, Kayla discovered her love for Pilates through her dedication to feeling strong both mentally and physically. With a deep interest in fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being, she is committed to helping women feel confident, empowered, and connected to their best selves. As a Pilates instructor, Kayla creates uplifting and energizing classes that blend strength, mindfulness, and fun, leaving clients feeling stronger, more confident, and deeply refreshed.

MARA

Mara is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer with a lifelong passion for fitness and wellness. From a young age, she was drawn to movement and the transformative power it has on both the body and mind. This passion led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, followed by a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation and Training.

With a strong educational foundation and a deep commitment to helping others, Mara focuses on helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and live pain-free.
